this weeks oil check

had planned to post at least once a week to my cholesterol site, so a slapped wrist for me already. I promise to do better in future!

Anyway, the reason for such slackness was that same old problem, work... so much to do and so little time.

Well there have been a few small changes to the site since my first post, on the techy side there is a change in font, verdana from arial, and the introduction of some images (well one image, but it is really nice) .

From the content side I have added a recipe section, tried the latest one myself last night, really nice. There is also a new section containing the latest cholesterol news . This page is well worth a look, especially if you have been taking sugar cane extracts to help lower your cholesterol, it looks like it doesn't work, take a read. There is also a link between cholesterol and prostate cancer, one for the men, and a story about cholesterol and Parkinson's disease in women, so one for the ladies.

Hope it is all of some use.

cholesterol

Well, finally got round to writing the blog intro for my new site, http://www.findoutaboutcholesterol.com.

This site is basically "what it says on the can", a website all about cholesterol, what it is, what it isn't, why it can kill you and what you can do about it.

The site is in its infancy at the moment but I intend to grow it over the next year or two. Thinking of adding a news letter to keep people informed of latest news, which is currently displayed on the site and several other things.

Anyway, welcome to my blog and my site and I hope you find them both helpful and interesting.
